You agree that any arbitration proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both you and Adigo waive any right to a jury trial.

1 Non-Exclusive License: By submitting User Content to Adigo, users retain ownership of their content. However, they grant Adigo a non-exclusive license to use the User Content as described above.

2 Revocability : Users may revoke this license for specific User Content by deleting such content from Adigo. However, Adigo may retain copies of User Content for backup, archival, or legal purposes.

  1. Governing Law: These terms of use and any dispute arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  2. Limitation of Liability: Adigo’s total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms of use or Adigo’s services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Adigo in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

18 Intellectual Property Complaints

  1. Action Taken: Upon receipt of a valid notice, Adigo may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take appropriate action as required by law.

19 Risk of Loss

Adigo bears no responsibility for any risk of loss associated with items or products purchased or acquired through our platform. Once items are delivered to the designated carrier, the risk of loss passes to the purchaser.

 

 20 Product Descriptions

  1. Accuracy: Adigo strives to ensure that all product descriptions and information provided on our platform are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site are free from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
